Restaurant Toplicht 54 in Ostseebad Kuhlungsborn

We went to their restaurant for the first time this year and loved it. Very tasty food and the service was friendly and courteous. I also liked the whole atmosphere very much. The huge screen in the next room gave you the feeling that you were sitting at an aquarium. Well done. We would love to come back.

There is a restaurant on the campsite in Kühlungsborn. The new operator has made something really nice out of it. A warm atmosphere and great food. Unreservedly recommendable !!!!!

Super store. After a week in Kühlungsborn, we ended up eating at the campsite. We are annoyed that we haven't done this more often. By far the best eaten this week, and the price is absolutely reasonable (for Kühlungsborn). There is also a very cozy dining room and friendly service! In the next vacation we will definitely go there more often! Kind regards and see you next time!

Two of us were there two days ago and were well served, friendly, a little brisk but all in all quite nice. Tip on 70 € consumption 7.00 €. Today on our last day of vacation 2 days later we had reserved the same table for 6 p.m. by phone. We arrived punctually shortly before 6:00 p.m. and were asked about a reservation. Our name and table 34 were on the reservation document as ordered and promised. Unfortunately, this table was occupied by other guests and we were assigned another table that was not equivalent. In response to the objection that the table did not correspond to our reservation, it was said: "That's the way it is". Again we were offended and treated like the last bit of filth, as we had several times in these 14 days of vacation. We had decided to spend our vacation in the country and give our German compatriots the money. We'll never do that again. After such a long time of reunification, these gastronomers (not all) in East Germany have still not understood that friendliness and courtesy are and will remain the basic pillars of the service.

Top shop, food just great, service super and really great boss, location just cozy. Keep up the good work, we'll definitely be back ...... 👌👌👌

First of all, the food is delicious! Unfortunately, the service tears down everything that is done in the kitchen. Starting with the table reservation (for 5 people and baby there is a small table for four and the snotty answer that you should then order for 6). The ordered apple spritzer is brought as apple juice, after a complaint you get the same juice mixed with water. Finally, there is actually an apple spritzer for 5.20 (!!!), because sparkling water and juice are not charged differently. When paying, the tip was pointed out 3 times rather clumsily. We were madly annoyed and the delicious food unfortunately took a back seat. We even gave the restaurant a second chance as everyone has a bad day. In fact, the waiter's mood seems to be permanent there!

We went out to dinner with the whole family tonight, three children two adults. Although it was very busy and as you could see the waiter was very busy, the order from drinks to food went relatively quickly. We also had a few extra requests for the children and it wasn't a problem at all and we got everything as we wanted. The food was first class, we haven't eaten so delicious for a long time. Even our little ones ate everything. All in all, it was a very nice evening, from the food to the nice waitress service. We'll be back next year

Everything freshly prepared and very tasty, the service is friendly. There is also food outside within 15 minutes.

Price / performance is underground, frozen schnitzel and the burgers fried until they become the sole of your shoe. Not even a masterpiece when grilling. It's a shame

Were visiting our vacation 2 weeks ago. Food was delicious. Service was super friendly and looked after us well. Have a lot of fun as the waiter always had a funny saying in store. Great atmosphere and great team 😊

Unfortunately not a good experience, owner / waitress referred us to a table outside immediately after our dog barked because of another dog, at 17 degrees without any compromises. Well, we found a restaurant nearby which was more hospitable, especially towards dogs. Actually, I wouldn't have given a star for such behavior.

It was my first time at the Toplicht restaurant on New Year's Eve. I liked it very well. The buffet was extensive and very tasty, drinks could be ordered as much as you wanted, although the ticket price was relatively low. The service was excellent and we never had to wait long for our drinks. Thanks to the whole team, I will recommend you to others.

Very nice staff. There were fresh rolls every morning and dinner is also highly recommended. It was all delicious. We'll be back next year.

Just wanted to have a drink, but the food on the menu was very well described and we decided to have a bite to eat. Both meals were well presented and tasted delicious. The prices are appropriate for a restaurant in a campsite. The ambience is also very nice and the service very friendly. When we return to the campsite we will certainly return. 👍

We are back at the campsite in the Toplicht 54 and have decided this time for the camper filet pan. Really delicious. Starting with the fried meat to the point, to the dressing, all very well and today it is right back here.

Nice atmosphere inside and outside. The martini ordered as an aperitif came in the 0,25l wine glass - that is sporty! The Ostseefischsüppchen served as a starter was a full-grown soup, delicious and rich. You cant complain. But then the cook unfortunately left the fortune: the pike-perch salmon roll was so dry that the fish was simply inedible. The potato gratin (potato slices baked with cheese) was even to me, which I often like to salt, to salty. When I pointed to the friendly question, if it had tasted, on the three-quarter plate and said that the fish was unfortunately too dry, the service said, I should have reported earlier, then I would have brought something else. As a small reparation she offered me a double espresso. Unfortunately the failed main course was charged with the full price.
